Soup for The Family Sign Up 2021

The Resiliency Working Group invites all Portland DSA members to celebrate the winter season with a soup swap!
We will assign everyone that signs up two partners. One person that you will make soup for, and another person that will make soup for you. We will give you your partners' contact info, and then you can arrange to deliver the soup among yourselves. Sign ups will close December 7th. We will send everyone their partner's information by December 14th. We ask that you deliver the soup by January 15th.

We encourage you to get to know your partners! We will match you with people in DSA groups that you're not a part of, so everyone can meet new people. Feel free to share social media handles and contact information if you like. Everyone is invited to join the Soup Swap Mixer on January 15th! Stay tuned for details.

We started this event as a way to stay connected during the COVID 19 pandemic. One year later, we're still experiencing it. Please have an open conversation with your partners about how you would like to go about drop off, whether you would like to meet in person or not, etc.

If you it turns out you can't make soup for your partner, it's no big deal! Just email pdxsoupswap@gmail.com, and we'll arrange for someone else to drop off soup.
