Pre-requisites of this course are the following:

1. Experience of at least 1 Design and Build project (part of a D&B team or any D&B contract).

2. Administered 1 Building Contract from inception to completion.

2. Minimum of 5 years’ post-graduation experience in an architectural office or in a construction-related office.

Note: Course will only commence with 12-16 learners per course run.
