There is no fee to enter the contest.

Contest is open to all Nth staff and designated partners.

Limit of 1 photo per person per category.

Images accepted in jpg, png, or gif formats. No videos. 

Submissions must be received by Marketing by 12pm on January 29, 2021; entries received after that date will not be eligible.
Each entry must be on an individual basis (i.e., no team or joint entries) and all photos must be an original photograph taken by the employee or partner. 

Any outside imagery must be appropriately, and legally licensed.

To ensure parental consent, contestants must only submit photos containing their own child(ren) or grandchildren.

By submitting your photo, you are giving authorization to Nth Marketing and anyone authorized by Nth to use and/or reproduce any or all digital images for any purpose including multi-media publications (print, Internet, presentation, and internal Nth use) without compensation to you.

By submitting your photo, you are indicating your understanding that your submittal(s) may be used in entirety or in part, revised, modified or combined with other images for use by Nth and its designees.

Marketing reserves the right to reject photos deemed to be inappropriate for public display or contrary to the goals and intent of the contest.  

Marketing is not responsible for entries lost through the entry process.

If there are identifiable people in a photo, it is the responsibility of the photographer to obtain written permission to use the photo and submit to the Marketing team.
