This form is for the MHS Adobe Digital Media Academy at Millbrook High School. This form is due by April 11th, 2022

Thank you for applying to be a part of the Digital Media Career Academy at Millbrook High School. Applications from students to attend the Digital Media Career Academy will only be processed if the student is assigned to Millbrook High School through either Base or the Magnet Process. If you are not based to Millbrook by WCPSS you must first submit a Magnet Application and be approved. If you are based to Millbrook, this is the only application you require.

This is a unique opportunity for you to participate in a small, career-focused, learning community with other students who share many of the same interests.
