2023 ULI UK Young Leaders Mentorship Programme Application
Thank you for your interest in applying for the 2023 Urban Land Institute UK Young Leaders Mentorship Programme.  This is a group Mentorship Programme that provides Young Leader (YL) members with a unique opportunity to discuss relevant issues related to real estate and professional development with their peers and an established member of ULI, in a confidential and intimate setting as well as intergroup networking sessions.

Each group will consist of 3-4 YL members (ages 35 and under).  Members are from diverse professional backgrounds with an appropriate mix of experience within each group.

The Mentor is a senior level executive in the real estate industry and an active member of ULI.  The group is required to meet at least 4 times a year and out of respect to the mentor and fellow mentees we expect 100% attendance at the meetings.  If a mentee misses 2 or more meetings throughout the course of the year, they will not be allowed to participate in the programme the following year and risk dismissal from the programme in the current year.

The Mentorship Programme involves a careful matching and selection process to align your career interests with the most appropriate Mentor.  All information you share will remain confidential and will only be shared with your Mentor and the ULI Mentoring Committee.

Applications are due 7 November 2022 and the programme will commence in January 2023.

There will be a meet and greet event in November 2022 to allow potential mentees and mentors to meet ahead of the allocations being finalised. Please also see the mentorship summary note provided separately for further information on the Mentorship Programme in general.
