PTO- Staff request form
The Fort Lincoln PTO recognizes our teacherʼs efforts in the classroom and supports those endeavors
for which funds are not otherwise available with regular school budgeting. Funding is available
because of the PTOʼs continued commitment to fundraising. Each year, we will set aside a
special amount in our PTO Budget for teacher needs and we hope to always be able to
accommodate your requests. The request will need to be approved by the  Principal prior to being approved by the PTO.

REQUESTS WILL BE APPROVED ON THE 15TH & 30TH OF EACH MONTH...if you need something in a more timely manner, please reach out to your PTO president. PLEASE WAIT for approval before purchasing.  

Please Note: Your efforts to help with our fundraising are important, and we need your support!
We encourage you to help us raise money for our PTO by keeping parents informed of our events and helping at our events when possible.  Thank you!
