Please complete this form to request a Field Trip or Group Visit to the Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum. Pre-registration is required for all groups of 10 or more people visiting on any day of the week.
Spring Registration: We are currently booked to capacity for April and May Field Trips! Please consider booking in June if you are able.
Please note: This registration form does NOT include groups wishing to have a birthday party at the museum. If you would like to learn more about our packages or book a birthday party at the museum, please visit https://naturemuseum.org/birthday-parties/ All requests must be submitted at least 14 days before your requested visit date(s). Requested dates and times are subject to availability. We will notify you via email when your scheduled visit is confirmed.
After you've submitted a request form, we will process your request within five business days. Once we've booked your trip, we will send you a confirmation email.
Your field trip or group visit is not confirmed until you've received this email confirmation.
