Windsor CSD Lottery Application: Expanded Prekindergarten for Three Year Old Students

This form is the online application to enter your child into the lottery process for the Expanded Prekindergarten for Three Year Old Students. Completion of this application does not guarantee admittance into the program.

There are 18 total seats available in the Three Year Old Program.
The Three Year Old Program will be held at Palmer Elementary School.
M-F, 8:45-3:30 and program will follow the Windsor CSD Calendar
Transportation is available.
Unlike the K-5 program, you do not need to live in the Palmer attendance zone to be eligible to participate.
This program is open to Windsor residents only.
Children must turn 3 years old on or before December 1, 2019.
The program will begin on January 23, 2020.
The Lottery will be conducted on January 7, 2020. You will be notified by email of the lottery result.
