Shops Manager

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years’ experience in retail industry in a supervisory or management role is essential
  • Degree, Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration, Retail Management or a related field
  • Knowledge of and adherence to retail industry regulations and other legal requirements
  • Knowledge in merchandising, operations and inventory management
  • Familiarity with retail management systems, POS systems and other relevant technology used in the retail ecosystem
  • Sales and Customer Service skills
  • Strong communication  skills (both written and verbal)
