This event is for youth and young adults who love Jesus and want others to know and love Him as well. Please fill out the information below. Remember, the first 20 people who register will have priority in being accepted.

“In the unlikely event that the applicant is injured while participating in activities at the Equipping Youth Event on February 20, I/my child relinquishes all rights to re-cover damages for any and all injuries sustained to the participant.
