CAOS Artist Application Form 2022
Please complete this form to apply for CAOS 2022. Applications are open 18th Oct - 22nd Nov.

- Existing artists must reapply in order for us to keep records updated
- New artists must provide information which will help our committee to review applications
- A diverse range of high quality artwork is key to the success of CAOS
- Location information is important for us to plan an effective trail for visitors
- The application fee is £70. This is a flat fee for 1 or both weekends, due between Jan-Mar 2022.
