Top Corner Sports is a facility which services mostly children, so health and safety are always our number one priority. As such, we need to set forth some new guidelines as we move into the winter seasons. Starting December 1, 2021: Only players, trainers and coaches will be allowed in the facility. Parents will not be able to access the building during their child's practice or session. As the coach of the club/team/group listed above, Please complete the required responses from below (if you don't agree or need more information, please contact TSC @ 9087223333) *

Below are the COVID protocols which will apply to ALL trainers and coaches: UNVACCINATED COACHES: Unvaccinated individuals will be required to wear a mask at ALL times. FULLY VACCINATED COACHES: It is not required for a vaccinated individual to wear a mask while actively involved in practices or sessions. It is recommended to wear a mask during moments where players and coaches are in close proximity. *

**IMPORTANT** All vaccinated coaches must show proof of immunization to a TCS Manager (This must happen prior to your team’s 1st practice or training). The approved coaches/trainers will be added to our list (which will be kept behind the TCS front desk) for future weeks. If you do not choose to show your immunization record, you must wear a mask, no exceptions. HOW CAN I SHOW MY IMMUNIZATION RECORD? 1) Contact TCS and organize and time to show your card ***TCS doesn't keep any copies. 2) Download the app(below) and show at your 1st practice/training. *
