Parents Participation Levy
The Parent Participation Levy was created as a means of building parent involvement in their children's school. Parent participation in a variety of roles affirms the important role of parents throughout the school and with the broader community in supporting the learning and development of their children.

Parents are encouraged to:

  • work in conjunction with staff and other community members to support and promote the school's educational programs
  • support the school through involvement in the School Advisory Council and the Parents and Friends Social Group and associated committees

  • help to maintain the school’s aesthetic appearance

  • support the school in areas of fundraising and maintenance

At the beginning of the school year a Levy is added to your school fees of $200. By volunteering throughout the year and recording the hours you volunteered for, you are then able to work off this $200 levy.  8 hours of volunteering is needed to fully work off your points and can be completed by family members eg, Grandparents.
