In accordance with Washington State's "Stay Home, Stay Healthy" guidelines, the May 18 endorsement meeting will be conducted virtually, via Zoom. We appreciate your patience as we adapt our meeting to this format.

All are welcome to attend this public meeting. This form enables us to credential those attendees who are eligible to vote on endorsements:

• Elected and Appointed PCOs
• Members who have joined or renewed by April 23
• Precinct Coordinators (Acting PCOs) who joined or renewed as Members by April 23.

This form also allows us to identify those who may need special assistance. We are committed to providing a safe, comfortable place for our members and the community to gather.

Once you complete this and submit it, you will then see a link to register for the Zoom meeting (our online Endorsements meeting).  This form allows us to prepare the meeting, but you still need to click that additional registration link after this is complete in order to be sent the link to attend the meeting on Monday.  Thank you for your patience with this!
