UCDVO Application Form 2024
This is the Application Form for those interested in applying for a General Volunteer or Elective Placement (physiotherapy) role on UCDVO's 2024 Volunteer Programme.

General Volunteer applications are open to UCD students, staff, faculty and graduates. Please note there are separate application forms for Leadership positions (Team Coordinator and Clinical Tutor roles). See the UCDVO website for further information on these roles. 

It may take up to 30 minutes to complete this application, depending on the level of detail you wish to give. It is strongly advised that you save your answers in a word document as you go along so as to avoid loss of data in case of any technical issues. Please answer all questions.

You are requested to provide 1 referee (name and contact details), so it would be useful to have this information before starting to fill in the form. Applicants will be called for a short online interview the first week in December.

FUNDRAISING AND COSTS:
Participants in the volunteer programme are required to meet a minimum fundraising target and to cover costs of flights, visas and vaccinations. For full details, please view our fundraising page. 

TIME COMMITMENT:
All applicants must be in a position to commit to the full Programme Calendar throughout the year - please see the list of Programme Dates on the website. In order to participate in the Volunteer Programme it is necessary to be based in Ireland.
