We're looking for bar crew!

As part of the bar & crew, you play a vital role in ensuring that clubbers can immerse themselves in an artistic experience where they can truly be themselves.

As a member of the bar crew, you are at the heart of the club’s operations, providing exceptional service and contributing to the overall atmosphere. Your responsibilities include preparing and serving drinks, managing kitchen orders, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring that the bar area operates smoothly throughout the night. You understand and embody Funke’s values, creating a welcoming and safe environment for all.

You are more than just a bartender – you are an ambassador of our culture. You know the club’s policy and are passionate about underground clubbing. Your energy and enthusiasm contribute to the safe.r space & atmosphere we strive to create together. You are approachable, attentive, and proactive. You keep your eyes open, listen to the needs of our guests and team, and act swiftly to maintain a positive experience for everyone. In stressful situations, you remain calm and composed, using your problem-solving skills to handle any issues that arise.

Job requirements  
  • You are 21 years old (or older)
  • Fluency in English is a must, Dutch is a plus
  • Relevant experience (in hospitality, nightlife, or events)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and a team player mentality
  • Physically fit to work on your feet for extended periods
  • Honest, reliable, and responsible
  • Friendly, polite, and assertive when necessary
  • A passion for cocktails
  • Affinity with electronic music and nightlife culture is a plus

Availability
We expect a minimum availability of one shift per month.
