Thank you for your interest in participating in our Community Yard Sale, benefiting Alex's Lemonade Stand! The fee to rent a table is $30 - this rental cost is a donation to Alex's Lemonade Stand to help fight childhood cancer. The proceeds from the sale of your items are 100% yours!

Time: Setup for sellers starts at 8 AM, Open to public 9 AM - 1 PM
Location: The parking lot of Keller Williams Real Estate Newtown - 12 Terry Drive, Suite 204, Newtown, PA 18940
Table Fee: $30
*Please note: We are not accepting vendor tables at this time.
You will receive one parking space with one 6 foot table to display your items. You will be able to park your car in the parking space next to your display spot. If you require more than one space to sell your items, please reach out directly to Caitlin at
caitlinnichols@kw.com. Please be aware that there will be no walk-ups for tables to sell items.
For any unsold items, we will have a truck from Olympia Moving at the end of the event to help haul any unwanted items to Habitat for Humanity for donation. This is optional.
Fill out the form below to register and save your spot! We will reach out to you directly for your table fee and to get you all the info you need! Please note: your table fee must be paid within 7 days of registering, if we cannot reach you your spot will be given away. Spot numbers and confirmation will be sent once payment is received.
This community yard sale is part of Keller Williams Newtown's annual Red Day community project. Each year on the second Thursday of May, we at KW Newtown participate in RED Day as part of our legacy worth leaving.
