Request for at-home Communion
Christ Church Clergy and Eucharistic Visitors will be distributing communion to families at their homes the week of July 21-24.  We will use the form for Communion under Special Circumstances in the Book of Common Prayer, which takes a few minutes to pray together.  We will provide printed copies of the order of service for you to use.  The priest or minister will stay outside on your front porch and will not enter your home.  


If you would like to receive communion, please complete the form below. You will receive either a phone call or an email by Tuesday to give you a window for when the priest or minister will stop by.  Please ensure you give us an up-to-date phone number so we may contact you.

It will take us some time to get our stops organized, and we appreciate your patience as we do this in a new way.  We will be taking notes to improve things for the next time!

Please indicate your availability to have someone stop by your home with communion.  We will try to group by location as much as possible to reduce time spent traveling from home to home.  Please mark ANY and ALL timeframes and days that might work for you.  We will follow up with a day and time to confirm as we process all requests.
