The 12th Annual Polish Hill Arts Fest is Sunday July 21, 2019, noon-8pm
The Arts Fest is one of the city’s most creative summer events. In the past, the fest has attracted upwards of 1,000 people and includes a broad range of vendors from fine craftspeople to young, local artists. We have live music and performances all day, hands-on activities and amazing local food vendors. The Arts Fest is an entirely non-profit, volunteer-run event!
We value creativity, hand-made efforts and unique ideas. We will only accept artists who make their own wares. No deposits for future deliveries.
The important stuff:
--Vendors will each have a 10’x10’ space
--Vendors are responsible for providing their own tent, table and chairs. You must have a tent. We suggest bringing either a 6' or 8' table and a 10'x10' pop-up tent.
--There is no guarantee of sales for participating artists.
--All vendors are responsible for their own sales tax and business insurance.
--All artists will have to sign a vendor agreement that will be sent out with your acceptance.
--Vendors must be present for the full festival. We don’t have booth watchers for this event, so be sure to bring a friend to help you out when you need a break.
--The Fest runs from noon-8pm with drive-up/drop-off for set-up and breakdown from 10-11am and 8-9pm
The vendor fee is $65. Members of the Polish Hill Civic Association get a discounted rate of $55.
