The Clean Mobility Options Voucher Pilot Program is a California Climate Investments initiative with $20 million available in 2020 to create new opportunities for zero-emission car-sharing and ride-sharing, bike-sharing, and innovative transit services like demand-responsive transit and mobility service partnerships in California’s historically underserved communities. Clean Mobility Options provides funding for two types of projects, Clean Mobility Projects and Community Transportation Needs Assessments.
The Administrator team is available to provide assistance to potential applicants. We are happy to answer questions about the program and help potential applicants find out if they are eligible and how to complete the application.
We can provide more detailed assistance upon request, including helping to develop key elements of the application (e.g. guidance for conducting a community transportation needs assessment or developing a plan for community engagement) or refining project design (e.g. assessing the type of mobility option that might work to meet a particular transportation need in your community).
Once you let us know how we can help, someone on the team will follow up by email or phone within one week to learn more about your question or need for support, and determine any next steps.
In the meantime, please visit
