Scholarship Application
Through generous donations from donors, the St. Croix Yacht Club is able to offer partial scholarships to junior sailors. Scholarships are available for all Sailing Sessions/Semesters. Scholarship applications will be reviewed by the the SCYC Sailing Management and awarded on a needs basis. Funds are limited. Instructors do not know which children receive scholarships. Your personal information and identity will remain confidential.

Make sure you know which Session/Semester you would like to attend, incorrect information can delay the process. You can see a full description of the SCYC Sailing program at our website www.StCroixYC.com .  

Please complete an application for each sailor you are seeking a scholarship for.

All sailing participants must pass a swim test.

Scholarships are awarded without regard to race, creed, color or ethnic origin.

Junior Sailor Essay
In the words of the junior sailor: What interests you about sailing?  Is racing or fun sailing more important to you and why?  What are your sailing goals?  What are your expected sailing challenges?  What excites you the most about sailing?
