Duties
The Youth Director shall coordinate all state-level youth activities and be responsible for verifying that all clubs/chapters satisfy youth activity requirements. The Youth Director shall also keep all clubs/chapters apprised of pertinent youth programs. The Youth Director is responsible for the coordination of all activities associated with Bassmaster youth programs, including scheduling of events, assisting clubs/chapters with events when necessary, recycling of supplies, and planning of the state finals competition. The Youth Director may appoint, with approval of the Board, assistants to help with these responsibilities.
No member of the Board accepts any compensation for his or her efforts, with the exception of a $50 stipend or discount for serving in an official role at each qualifying tournament.
Term begins November 1, 2019, and ends October 31, 2020.
