Daily Dismissal Plan
For the safety of our students, Synergy Magnet K12 Staff will be following your child's dismissal plan as indicated below. Any changes to this written plan must be sent in on a note to the teacher the morning of the change. We MUST have a note or phone call from the parent to send your child home in a different manner, i.e. home with a friend, etc. This is critical as high numbers of last-minute phone calls requesting changes can cause confusion for the students and staff. We also have very specific plans in place for dismissal that are impacted by late changes. Please do not call the office requesting a change unless it is an emergency. Emergency changes should be called in rather than emailed, and should be received by 2:00 p.m. to ensure all students are where they need to be for dismissal.
