Turnitin帳號線上申請表                                      Turnitin Account Application Form (CGU)

說明：
1.服務對象：本校專任教職員及在學學生。
2.學生申請助教權限：請教師填寫本線上申請表，並於最末欄填寫助教姓名、CGU email
3.申請通過後將收到Turnitin系統寄發之『Turnitin啟用通知信』，請依信中說明啟用帳號並建立密碼。完成Turnitin帳號啟用後即可連線至Turnitin系統(https://www.turnitin.com/zh-tw) 登入使用。
4.使用相關問題請洽圖書館參考組，校內分機5622，Email：libdb@mail.cgu.edu.tw。
5.本網頁所蒐集之個人資訊，將僅作為Turnitin服務管理之用，並遵守個人資料保護法相關規定，保障您的個人資料。
