Dear Parent/Guardian & Student:

The Student Agenda Handbook is a tool that assists our students with their organization, academic planning and academic success.  It also provides you and your child with information about our Chenango Forks Middle School, contains the policies and procedure of CFMS and includes the Board of Education Code of Conduct.  We believe the rules are directly related to the efficient operation of the school and are designed to be fair to children and adults.

To ensure that the contents of the Student Agenda Handbook are effectively communicated to the students, we will review the handbooks during the first few days of school with our students. However, we would appreciate if you would also familiarize yourself with the contents of the Student Agenda Handbook along with your child.

Once you have reviewed the Student Agenda Handbook with your child, we are requesting that you sign this page  by Friday, September 16, 2022.
