This form is an expression of interest in joining Blackburn Rovers Ladies' Regional Talent Club.

Rovers' RTC is a Tier One Girls' Academy which currently has teams at Under-10s/11s, Under-12s, Under-14s and Under-16s age groups.

Please note that you will not receive a response upon the completion of this form and no dates have currently been set for trials ahead of the 2021-22 season.
