Thanks so much for your interest in a 2021 Salad Gnome Share! The Salad Gnome Share is a delicious way to eat salads (and much more!) with fresh, locally grown, seasonal, and nutrient-dense produce in a convenient manner. The Salad Gnome Share is our version of a CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) model.
Purchasing a subscription provides you with weekly shares of farm fresh goodies often focusing on items you would use in salads. This means 8 - 12 oz of salad greens plus 3 - 6 other seasonal veggies such as Radishes, Tomatoes, or Cucumbers.
There are two seasons, each 14 weeks long. One in the Spring (May 8 - Aug 7)and one in the Fall (Aug 14 - Nov 13). Shares cost $300 and include a Tiny Giant Farm Tote Bag! You are welcome to buy a spring and fall share at the same time, which will guarantee you fresh seasonal produce every week all season long!
Pick-Ups will be available at three locations: The Farm (2920 Maple Ave, Kalamazoo) on Friday afternoons (4 - 6:30pm) or, the Kalamazoo Farmers' Market on Saturdays (7:30 - 12:30). Or, Texas Township Farmers' Market on Saturdays (8 -12). You must choose one location and stick with it for the entire 14 weeks.
