ECCC's 2022 Annual Conference Sponsorship
ECCC's 33rd Annual Conference will be held at ECCO in Oakhurst, California. The exhibit hall will be open 1-9 on Tuesday, January 25, 2022. There will be social time (5-6) and social time (7-10) in the exhibit hall. If sponsored there will be a snack reception on Tuesday afternoon in the exhibit hall.

All sponsors and exhibitors will be mentioned in a special email that goes out to participants before the conference. This includes the organization’s logo and a link to your website. Organization logos and links also appear on our conference website, and organizations have the option to include a full-color 1/8-page ad in the program guide. logo and information of your choice on display in a powerpoint during a conference meal. On-site at the event, exhibitors receive: One six-foot table, two chairs, electricity access, and wireless internet access, as well as day registration for Tuesday and Wednesday for up to two people per booth (Tuesday dinner and breakfast and lunch on Wednesday.

Booths are available for $650. You can increase the size of your exhibit hall presence by purchasing an adjacent booth at a 25% discount. You can increase your presence at the event by adding any of the sponsorship opportunities listed below. After completing this form, you will receive an invoice.  The balance will be due January 15, 2022.

After completing this form, you will receive an invoice. Payment can be made online or via check, made payable to Episcopal Camps and Conference Centers, to P.O. Box 3566, Manhattan Beach, CA 90266. The balance will be due January 15, 2022 If you need to cancel your booth, you can do so by December 31 and receive a full refund (minus a $100 processing fee).
