We are a volunteer lead Community Interest Company who's volunteers collect non-perishable food and household essentials every first Saturday of the month (except January) for a number of charities, food banks and community groups. Our mission is to help tackle food poverty in a targeted way within North Tyneside and Newcastle upon Tyne.

With your support and generosity donations collected in North Tyneside and Newcastle on Saturday 3rd February were given to:

DISCLAIMER:

We discuss collectively, openly and transparently with those we support and work with them to the best of our abilities to ensure the food is going to where it is needed that month. Each month, who and how much we can supply is entirely dependent upon our volunteer numbers, how many streets each volunteer does (can range from 1 street to 20+ per volunteer) and the volume of donations supplied by the community on the day (from a single tin or packet to several carrier bags full from a single resident). There are so many variables in this end to end process to consider and juggle, very few certainties, even the weather can have an impact on the amount of donations on the day.
