At Visayas State University, we believe the safety and welfare of our students should be central in all university processes in this “new normal.”

In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, we revisited and overhauled our enrollment procedures for the 1st semester of the upcoming school year.

Component colleges in Alangalang, Isabel, and Villaba conduct remote enrollment where students will submit information remotely using one of three available channels (online form, Messenger, SMS) so the Registrar can process their enrollment locally.

Our intention is not only to make enrollment safer but faster and more convenient for all.

To enroll, please provide the following details and other information will be gathered once the university will resume with face-to-face classes.

NOTE: This form is for the remote enrollment of the Villaba campus. Make sure to use a valid and active email address for us to process your enrolment. We will send to your email your COR once your application is approved.

VSU CAT Examinee Control Number (ECN) or Student ID Number *

Please provide your ECN if you are a new student and/or transferee. Continuing and irregular students should provide their student ID number (Vxx-x-xxxxx).

Program and Year Level *

New students must indicate the program they qualified in VSU CAT. Otherwise, their application for admission will be reverted.

Subjects to Enroll (for continuing students only)

Please enumerate the subjects you will take this semester. Irregular students should have their subjects approved beforehand by their academic adviser.

Preferred Mode of Instruction *

Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, there will be no face-to-face classes for all subjects in the 1st semester except for laboratory classes (which will be held from November in December 2020). Please choose your preferred mode of instruction for all the subjects you will enroll in this semester. Note: Students who choose the print option will pay a minimal cost for their copy of their study guides.

ONLINE. There will be a ‘virtual classroom’ for each of your subject, where your teacher will administer the course. Most activities are asynchronous (not in real-time) but your instructor/professor may call video conferences from time to time.

PRINTED LEARNING MODULES. You will receive a printed study guide for each course, with activities which you will submit to the nearest LGU kiosk. All the materials will be made available for you to learn without connecting to the internet.
