Using mindful-somatic and Tantra-inspired tools, this workshop is designed to bring you into your body, pleasure and wholeness. This is not just theory, but practice, so you experience changes in the moment and learn the tools to use day to day afterwards.

This workshop includes:

- Pleasure as a sacred pathway of healing and connecting with your Self and Spirit.

- Exploring pleasure magic: pleasure as prayer and a current of energy for manifesting what you really desire

ABOUT THE FACILITATOR:
Caitlyn Cook is an international trauma-informed coach and facilitator working in the field of mindful-somatic healing. With a focus on nervous system and ‘parts’ work, Caitlyn works with people to heal trauma and knotty issues in their mind, relationships, family, sexuality and purpose. She also focuses on rewiring and building pleasure for self and in relationships. Her influences include somatics, mindfulness, meditation, Bwiti (an African wisdom tradition), Tantra, Internal Family Systems, Christian mysticism, sexual alchemy, acting, psychodrama, nature, movement and ritual. She currently lives in Gabon, Africa studying the Bwiti tradition, enjoying thick rainstorms and learning about love. Caitlyn is also a facilitator with ISTA, an international school for sacred sexual shamanism.
