has made important contributions to DAPE from the vantage point of her/his profession. demonstrates outstanding leadership.
demonstrates professional integrity. shows initiative of inclusion of students with disabilities in general physical education.
promotes physical education in the least restrictive environment.  

Eligibility:   
DAPE teachers who have been teaching DAPE for 1‐5 years. 
Primary teaching responsibilities must be at least 50% in the teaching of DAPE.

DUE DATE:   June 15th

Award winner receives a plaque, is recognized at the annual MNDAPE conference, and receives a voucher to get one MNDAPE conference fee waived.
