Grant permission for members to participate in online activities with Club staff and other Club members via BlueJeans online conferencing. Sorry for the inconvenience, but please fill out for each individual member you wish to grant permission to!

Dear Parent/Guardian:
In an effort to continuously serve members during the Club closure, James L. McKeown Boys & Girls Clubs of Woburn is providing distance-based Club experiences through which Club staff will facilitate program activities through an online platform. McKeown Boys & Girls Clubs of Woburn will use an application provided by a third party that members, parents/guardians and/or staff will access via the Internet and use for purposes of communication and programming. This platform is called BlueJeans.

This letter seeks consent for your child to utilize BlueJeans for distance-based Club program purposes. BlueJeans provides an opportunity to deliver video and chat-based educational experiences to members via any device. Members will need access to a device and internet to participate in this platform. Please review BlueJean’s privacy terms and conditions carefully before registering your member: https://www.bluejeans.com/privacy-policy and https://www.bluejeans.com/terms-of-service.

We will use BlueJeans for the following anticipated program activities:
• Group chats
• Video conferencing
• Media sharing (for example, uploading images of artwork or other projects)

Our commitment to keeping the young people we serve safe is always our number one priority. McKeown Boys & Girls Clubs of Woburn will make every effort to protect member information when they utilizing these platforms.

Further, all activities online must comply with McKeown Boys & Girls Club’s safety policies.
