Please complete the form below once you have secured an internship to be registered for CDCI Summer internship credit. If we approve your internship for credit, we will register you for the online asynchronous class that you must take at the same time you are completing your internship in order to receive credit. The internship course will include an A-F grade. If you have questions as you complete this form, please contact our staff at cdci@binghamton.edu.

As a reminder, participation in the CDCI program is voluntary and not required for graduation.
