1000 Talents for the Digital Development of Latin America and the Caribbean

Under the provisions of The Government of Mexico, through its Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Mexican Agency for International Development Cooperation (AMEXCID), and the international company HUAWEI Technologies Co. Ltd is offering scholarships for the Huawei Certified ICT Associate (HCIA) Certificate.

Applications are open for students, professionals, and academics for the 3rd annual HUAWEI-SRE 1000 Talents for Digital Development in Latin America and the Caribbean. Observed under the theme “ Closing the Digitial Gender Gap,” the Scholarship Programme intends to encourage the growth of digital skills to increase competitiveness and close the digital divide.

Persons interested in applying should have previous knowledge or background in Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), Physical Sciences, Mathematics, and Engineering.
