Ground Swell Dance at Westside Theater
Have you been looking for an alternative to late night shows and bars to let loose and move?

Want to move your body without spectators?

Tired of being around drunk people and beer spills while just trying to do your thing?

From playfulness to sensuality to grief to rage--Ground Swell is a dance container that invites you to show up and express yourself exactly as you are. The night starts with an opening circle, demo of consent, and brief meditation. The music comes from all over the world,  has big feels, and is thoughtfully curated to take you through a cathartic experience. The arc starts and ends slow and swells in energy throughout. This session is facilitated by JP Frank (they/them) with rotating DJs.
