To trial a ICOUK Hilal Testimony (Shahada) Procedure for a UK-only moon sighting criteria, we need volunteers (Ulama/IT Admins) from each of the UK Regions [bit.ly/UKregionObs] to take testimonies using remote audio/video links that work flawlessly.
