2021 RISE Awards Norquest College Welcoming Workplace Nomination Form
WHY RISE AWARDS?
Newcomers form the foundation that supports a stronger community. EMCN’s RISE (Recognizing Immigrant Success in Edmonton) Awards recognizes newcomers, businesses, employers and social service organizations who demonstrate outstanding commitments to creating a more welcoming and inclusive community for all.

The 17th Annual RISE Awards will be Friday, October 8, 2021, at the Edmonton Expo Centre. It will be an inspirational and memorable evening enriched with culture, incredible live performances, delectable food, and award presentations to our most distinguished community members.

This year will be special as we expand our reach through a new hybrid approach to the event. To adhere to safe practices as we all continue to navigate the global COVID-19 pandemic, we will have an elegant in-person cocktail reception followed by a theatre-style ceremony amplified by virtual attendance.
