The event is Saturday May 11th 2024 from 1pm - 11pm and we will need a variety of folks helping throughout the day to put everything in place. Your assistance is appreciated and this event would not happen without a community coming together.

There are two volunteer opportunities...
 - Coordinators (day long management commitment)
 - Volunteer Shifts (1-3 hour shifts)


PRIMARY NEEDS
  • Parking Lot Attendants
  • Donation Collection
  • Band area general security (watching gear)
  • Driver/transport for headliners
  • Merch booth
EARLY SHIFTS:
  • Hang Banners
  • Setup hospitality
  • Assist vendors with placement
EVENT SHIFTS
  • Parking Lot attendant/management - helping to keep folks safe as performers are coming an going
  • Donation collection - roaming the crowd and collecting donations
  • general event security - monitoring space, assisting families as needed
  • Merch booth - selling shirts, checking id's, wrist banding
  • Social media posting, documenting event

VOLUNTEER DUTIES
By signing up to volunteer you are committing to help us with the production of the event. These shifts are fun and pretty relaxed, but also essential to us pulling off a seamless event. Most shifts are scheduled between an hour - 3 hours (depending on your availability).  

Don't worry, its pretty stress free and fun.  Depending on your comfort zone we have a variety of tasks that need to be accomplished throughout the day from helping to welcome new attendees, to managing the safety of the parking area.

If you decide to volunteer your time we provide volunteers with a post event reception including food and drinks as well as some Pittonkatonk swag for your efforts.

VOLUNTEER SHIFT include 1-3 hour shifts helping with event production and maintenance.
