This short feedback survey is being run by the Friends of Forster Memorial Park. We are a group of local volunteers who work with Lewisham Council, Glendale and the local community to help look after and improve the park.

Lewisham Council and Sevenfields Primary Care network recently installed some new gym equipment into the park and are keen to get feedback on this from park users. As well as this, thanks to Phoenix Community Housing, we have the opportunity to add to the adult gym equipment in the park and we want to know what you want! Some of the options we have are below and it would be great if you could tell us what you would like us to install.
