confirm, update and enhance records and to establish your identity. The data
that we collect may be shared / transferred to/ or stored /or
processed at, our offices in other countries outside the Sharjah
Media City also.

reserves the right to refuse to process any prospective member for any
reason in its sole discretion and may terminate any membership which it
does not wish to carry for any reason as determined by Taxation
Society LLC.

will conduct standard due diligence enquiries on all of its members.

Society LLC, assumes
no responsibility or liability for any introduced / prospective member if member
fails to deliver promptly all necessary documents for records, or as and
when requested.

Society LLC, reserves
the right in all cases, to raise or lower the membership fees and / or and
related charges, which will be applicable / payable on annual basis.
This agreement will be
terminated immediately and without notice, if member fails to obtain, or cease
to hold, UAE Emirates ID / license and / or authorization required, making
then eligible for maintaining residential status and / or commercial licence,
(where applicable) to carry out the activities contemplated by this
agreement.
