This is a volunteer signup form for the “Music Growing Tree” program with Music Land School of Music. This program is designed to help volunteers earn hours that will be certified by US Family E for the President’s Volunteer Service Award (PVSA).

Volunteers will be helping different music programs in Music Land School of Music, including but not limited to the following roles:
1. Music tutoring assistant
2. Coaching assistant
3. Concert coordinator assistant
4. Community Concert Performer
5. Music Class Planner

Please note the volunteer hours are not paid, but can be counted toward PVSA, as long as within the guidelines of PVSA. For detail on qualifications, hours requirements, etc., please contact Music Land School of Music directly.
