Meals for Off-Site Learning Students

Ashdown School District - This form is only for students that choose to do off-site learning at home.
You only need to complete the form if you want to pick up weekly meals from the school campus.

Parents/Guardians will pick up the student's meal packs at the campus office from 10:00-10:30 AM on Mondays. If school is closed on Monday, pick up will be on Tuesday from 10:00-10:30 AM.

All meals will be provided FREE of charge due to the current seamless summer feeding option.
