2022 IPSF Summer K-8 Teacher and TOSA Application
Thank you for your interest in employment with Irvine Public Schools Foundation this summer. Please review all of the information below prior to applying as some information has changed from previous years.

We are currently hiring for both an in-person and online program. All applicants are expected to work for the entire session, except in the event of illness or unexpected personal circumstances/hardship. Do not apply if you have conflicting plans or obligations during this time frame.

We will be hiring teachers and TOSAs for the following dates:

Session A June 13-July 1 (mandatory staff meeting will be June 10)
Session B July 11-July 29 (mandatory staff meeting will be July 8)

Locations are planned as follows:
Alderwood (K-6)
Beacon Park (K-6)
Brywood (K-6)
Eastwood (K-6)
Stone Creek (K-6)
Sierra Vista (7-8)

We will be offering a limited number of online classes for session A only.

In-Person Elementary (incoming K-6 students)
Period 1 - 8:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.*
Lunch - 11:30 a.m. - 12:15 p.m.
Period 2 - 12:15 p.m. - 3:15 p.m.*
*includes recess break

In-Person Middle School (incoming 7-8 students)
Period 1 - 8:45 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.
Break - 10:30 a.m. - 10:45 a.m.
Period 2 - 10:45 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.

Break - 10:30 a.m. - 10:45 a.m.

Applicants can apply for in-person, online or both. Most applicants will be notified in March 2022, and additional hiring will continue as needed.

A note about COVID-19:
We are monitoring the state and local COVID-19 guidelines, and understand that circumstances will continue to evolve that will affect students and employees. At this time, we are following all IUSD guidelines and will reevaluate as more information is available.
