Instructions
1. All the information submitted here will be cross verified so please fill in the information carefully.
2. Project duration : 20th February to 20th of March 2022.
3. The commitment will be expected for the full duration of the project due to the sensitivity of real life cases.
4. No remuneration shall be given to the Case Managers
5. Top 3 Case Managers will be felicitated with a Cash Prize of Rs.5000, Rs.3000, Rs.2000.
6. Last date of Application is 20th February 2021 till 23:59 Hours.
7. Internship certificates will only be provided if the entire duration of the project is completed by the Case Manager.
