Successful counselors are responsible, dynamic, energetic and patient people who thrive on being active and having fun. A job as a Camp Keshet counselor (Camp Counselor, and Rosh) is demanding and you should only consider applying for a position if you love working with children and are a creative and self-motivated leader.

PLEASE NOTE: we are only hiring staff who are 16 years or older in 11th grade and above.
