EDPE 2019 registration form must be filled-in by each conference participant with an accepted paper.  Only late registration can be applied.

Registration of Author *
Every single paper must be covered by one full fee (i.e. 550 € or 470 €, depending of your IEEE membership or student status). IEEE Members have to state their IEEE membership number during registration. Students must provide proof of undergraduate or postgraduate status. Co-author is the participant who actively attends the conference and for whom some other participant pays the full fee (e.g. One paper has 2 authors who both will participate the conference. One of them has to pay the full fee (550 or 470 €), the other one will pay co-author fee only (400 €)). The registration fee includes publishing fee, conference materials, attendance to all conference sessions, lunches, coffee breaks, conference dinner and social programme.

Registration of Accompanying Person *
In case you are registering only the accompanying person fill in the paper ID00. The registration fee for accompanying person includes lunches, coffee breaks, dinners and social programme.

Check the total price for your registration. The payment must be done within 14 days after registration.
