This form is for University teams and clubs to register their attendees to 2024’s BUTL Fest. After last year's record breaking 28 Universities, we can’t wait to take your teams abroad once again for one of the best weeks of the year.
Dates: Sunday 16th June 2024 to Saturday 22nd June 2024. Lloret De Mar, Spain. Resort located 25 minutes from Girona Airport and 60 minutes from Barcelona Airport.
BUTL Fest is the bespoke and unique end of year trip, exclusive for University Students and Alumni. Holiday, train, celebrate or a mix of all three, it’s your choice how you enjoy it alongside your teams and fellow students. If you love traveling, partying, socialising, chilling and a sprinkle of training, BUTL Fest is for you!

Committees or Club Reps please fill this out on behalf of your clubs, as a group entry. If there are any specific requirements involving dietary or rooming (sharing requirements etc) please do let us know at time of booking or fill out the final section (optional on this form)
Booking Windows:
November 1st 2023 to 10th December 2023 - 1st Window
To book your teams place, this form must be completed by 11:59pm on 10th December 2023.
28th February 2024 to 1st April 2024 - 2nd Window
To book your groups place, this form must be completed by 11:59pm on 1st December 2024.

Payment Details:
1st Window bookings deadline 1st April 2024
2nd Window bookings deadline to be discussed with groups.
Total - £240 per person
Terms and Conditions:
*Payment deadlines are not deposits. Once booking onto the trip by 10th December 2023 (1st Window) and 1st April 2024 (2nd Window) via this form, individuals are agreeing to these payment terms and must adhere to their payments once committed. Payment options can be discussed and we will do what we can to help or support anyone. Details are in the BUTL Fest Terms and Conditions document. Being registered post 11th December 2023 (Window 1) and 1st April 2024 (Window 2) is binding.
**Extra social opportunities available such as Water Park etc. These are optional additional costs once at the resort due to the nature of not being applicable or accessible for all attendees. Please contact our social team for any additional social program opportunties.
