CCCP Scholars Program Application 2025-2026

TRANSFERS: Bridging Dreams to Degrees | CCCP Scholars Program 26th Cohort
   - Complete application ONLY AFTER completing the UC Transfer Admission Planner.

The CCCP Scholars Program is a year-long UC Transfer Prep Program from Summer 2025 through Spring 2026 which aims to motivate, inform and prepare California community college students to transfer to selective top-tier research universities such as UCLA. CCCP Scholars apply for and participate in one of four Summer Experiences.

1. Summer Intensive Transfer Experience Plus (SITE PLUS) | Dates: June 23 – July 3
     Application Deadline: April 15, 2025 by 11:59 pm (PST)
  • Brief Description: Six-week commuter experience; students attend a UCLA Summer Sessions course in the morning, followed by mandatory activities in the afternoon. Mandatory In-Person Orientation: June 17, 2025.
2. STEM Summer Intensive Transfer Experience (STEM SITE) | Dates: July 1 - July 3  
     Application Deadline: May 15, 2025 by 11:59 pm (PST)
  • Brief Description: Three-day residential program; students will engage with undergraduate STEM research opportunities, resources and support programs.
3. Summer Intensive Transfer Experience Lite (SITE LITE) | Dates: Varied see below
     Application Deadline: June 1, 2025 by 11:59 pm (PST)
  • Brief Description: One-day experience at UCLA; students participate in peer advisor lead talking circles, community specific panels, campus tour, and community college/university transfer resources workshops.
  • July 23, 2025: MOC SITE LITE & WOC SITE LITE
  • July 25, 2025: FOSTER YOUTH SITE LITE & SEA SITE LITE
  • July 30, 2025: BLACK SITE LITE & LATINE/X SITE LITE
4. Power to the Transfer Webinars (P2TT-W) | Dates: Varied see below
     Application Deadline: June 1, 2025 by 11:59 pm (PST)
  • Brief Description: Online synchronous experience. Focus on communities, educational pipelines and creating culturally-affirming spaces. Option to participate in multiple webinars. Open to all applicants.
  • July 18, 2025: PARENTING P2TT-W & NON-TRAD P2TT-W (Evening)
  • August 1, 2025: UNDOCU P2TT-W
  • August 6, 2025: STEM P2TT-W
  • August 8, 2025: ALL TRANSFER P2TT-W
TO APPLY for the CCCP Scholars Program, you must complete the following two steps:
  1. STEP 1: Create and Complete a UC Transfer Admission Planner account.
  2. STEP 2: Complete the CCCP Scholars Application below, only after fully completing STEP 1. Your application will not be reviewed without a complete UCTAP. Do not submit more than one application.
