Families who wish to apply for financial aid must complete the form below AFTER enrolling students in the DAPCEP online system: www.dapcep.org. Proof of income must be provided to DAPCEP to be considered for a scholarship. Refer to the table below to determine what documents you will fax to 313.324.8760 or scan/photo copy and email to enrollment@dapcep.org. The deadline to submit applications and proof of income is 6/4/21.
